Charming Stay Near St Mark's Square

I found the location very convenient. It is close to St Mark's Square. The room had fresh towels daily and everything was really clean. I appreciated the elevator (a blessing with luggage!). The hot shower was powerful.
The breakfast options could use some improvement. I thought they were somewhat limited.

I enjoyed the hotel location a short distance from San Marco Square. My room was clean and I appreciate the nice size tub. The breakfast was very good with several options to select. It was easy to find the hotel after touring around.
It was hard to find my room. I found that this is a true in most places.

The hotel featured an elevator but walking some stairs should be expected. Hallways have inclination levels until you reach your room. These offer historic character to the building.

i appreciated the location, it offered easy access to many sights. the staff were helpful, they stored our luggage after checkout. the room was cleaned daily and i found that to be very beneficial.

Decent Location, Some Disappointing Details

The room smelled strongly of mildew. The air conditioning seemed to be on a timer (I found that strange). Breakfast included croissants that seemed almost burnt and rolls that tasted stale. The front desk staff did not seem very cute. No one smiled.

the safe in the room decided it was a decorative piece rather than a functional one it was useless. a lamp also seemed to have given up on its purpose it just sat there on a table. the breakfast reminded me of a culinary wasteland particularly if you were searching for gluten-free options it was like they hadn't heard of dietary needs.

i found a cozy, large room equipped with comfy beds. the dining area was of a good size, a perfect start for my adventure. alexandro, at the reception, was especially helpful. he had a great sense of humor and found my phone after i lost it.
the hallways had some inclination levels, slightly difficult with my luggage.
